This policy covers Terra Shift: Restore the Wild, published by Hai Dang Van, and this support website. The iOS release is being prepared with Google AdMob advertising. Earlier offline prototypes do not include the advertising SDK.
Game progress stays on your device
Campaign progress, saved moves, language, audio preferences and hint balances are stored locally. Terra Shift does not require an account and does not operate a cloud save or gameplay analytics server. Uninstalling the app can remove local progress.
Advertising and consent
The mobile release integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When advertising services are used, Google may process IP address, device and application information, advertising identifiers where permitted, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver, measure and secure ads. Data handling depends on your region, permissions and consent choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.
Where required, a consent message appears before ads are requested. You can reopen available choices from “Ad privacy choices” in the game's settings. Core puzzles remain playable when offline or when ads are unavailable. Additional hints may be earned by choosing to watch a rewarded ad; the app grants the reward after the ad SDK confirms it. Fullscreen ads are limited to natural breaks after a round and have a minimum interval.
Tracking permissions
The app does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise location for gameplay. The game does not request Apple's tracking permission or access the IDFA without authorization. Declining advertising consent does not block campaign access. Availability and personalization of ads follow the applicable consent signals and platform permissions.
Children
Terra Shift is a general-audience puzzle game, not a service directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided information through a support request, please contact us so we can address it.
This website
This site uses local storage only to remember your chosen website language. It includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare hosts the site and may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for delivery and security under Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. External links are governed by their own providers' policies.
Support and your rights
Use the support page to reach the developer. If you create a public GitHub issue, avoid posting personal information, receipts or identifiers. Advertising-related access, deletion and consent requests can also be directed to Google through its privacy resources. We update this page when the app's data practices change.
